Irish Ladies Help Junction One’s new Golf Outlet ‘Tee-off’
Junction One International Outlet Shopping Centre has expanded its sports offer with the opening of new store, The Golf Outlet. The 1,776 sq foot unit is a joint venture between local urban regeneration specialist CUSP Group and Edinburgh based retail outlet company The Guinea Group.
Explained Junction One asset manager John Drummond, “The outdoor and sports offer at Junction One is particularly strong featuring global brands such as Nike, Reebok and Adidas as well as stores Brand Fusion, Cotton Traders, Trespass and Mountain Warehouse. However the one element missing from our sports portfolio was a dedicated golf outlet and I’m delighted the Junction One team has realised their ambition by opening a store offering an excellent range of top golfing brands.
“Northern Ireland’s golf courses are incredibly popular with both local people and visitors alike and we believe our range of clothing and accessories for both men and women will be well received by the golfing fraternity. Currently we’re selling an extensive range of internationally renowned brands including Green Lamb - the official clothing partner of the Ladies Golf Union throughout the UK and Ireland, MD Golf and Cutter & Buck. As we continue to respond to customer needs we anticipate expanding our range by introducing further new brands and stocking clothing suitable for junior golfers.”
Helping to launch the store are Inter-provincial and Irish Girls golf competitors Sarah Louise Winter and Victoria Bradshaw both from Bangor.
Rising stars in Irish representative golf, the 18 and 19 year olds have scored successes with Ulster U18s and Irish U18s teams.
