Austin Reed Makes Irish Debut at Junction One
14 December 2005

The first Austin Reed store in Ireland has opened at Junction One International Outlet Centre. The Austin Reed chain, which has stores in the UK, India, Japan, Korea, Thailand and the USA, is famous for fine quality suits for men and women.

The new outlet in Antrim is the 21st Austin Reed store in the UK with its most famous store located in Regent Street, London. The chain has a long history of specialising in luxurious tailored suits but has since expanded and now offers an extensive range of formal and casual wear for men and women as well as numerous accessories.

Andrew Caudwell of Austin Reed is confident the store will prove popular with Northern Ireland customers. “The Austin Reed name has been renowned for over a century for its style, quality and value for money. We’re excited to open the first Austin Reed outlet in Northern Ireland and are sure customers will be impressed with our extensive range of value for money, ready to wear suits for men and women as well as our casualwear collection and accessories”, says Andrew.

Junction One centre manager Hugh Black welcomed the outlet centre’s latest arrival. “Austin Reed is synonymous with quality and will no doubt have wide appeal with Junction One customers”, he says.

Since its opening in May 2004, Junction One has welcomed in excess of 3.5 million visitors. On completion of its current Phase 2 extension in autumn 2006 Junction One will increase from 245,000 sq ft to 305,000 sq ft featuring 88 units and 10 restaurants.
